Conventions typically involve multiple hotels, a primary venue, evening events at satellite locations, and airport transportation on the bookends. Vehicles need to move on a schedule that matches the agenda — not the other way around.

Loading locations and staging areas at convention venues vary by event and must be confirmed for each program. We coordinate with published event information and the venue's transportation contact.
